Every oyster lover is always looking for a great place to get some oh so gooooood oysters!!!!! In Memphis, Tn there are a few restaurants that have a wide selection of oysters. In previous years, I only patronized a local restaurant called Pearl Oyster whenever I had an appetite for oysters. I must say that Pearl Oyster has some great oysters, but another restaurant located in the Midtown area of Memphis, Tn has some scrumptious oysters!!!! The name of this restaurant is Sweetgrass/Nextdoor! I had the pleasure of having the chargrilled oysters, and some raw oysters from Baltimore, MD. This restaurant shucks the raw oysters right in front of you!!!
Monday through Friday, Sweetgrass/Nextdoor offers the raw oysters for $0.75 each from 5-7p.m.. Also, you must try one of their salads with the vinaigrette dressing.
